Interior Paint Estimate & Consultation

Our commitment to your satisfaction begins with our residential interior paint consultation and estimate, where we discuss all the details of your project. This is more than just a quick walkthrough; it’s an open-ended conversation where we discuss important information such as your vision and goals for the project, we answer any and all questions you might have, and talk about any unique elements that need to be painted or stained. Items such as special wooden accents, stair bannisters, cabinets, etc. We’ll take measurements and give you our price on the spot with no hidden fees or unaccounted costs.

Surface Preparation and Painting

We begin our work by making sure all painted surfaces are adequately prepared. If your walls are damaged, we can do minor drywall repairs for you! Any holes or cracks in walls and trim are filled and sanded. All open or split joints in trim get caulked, ensuring a brand new and clean finished look.

Once ready, the four main interior painting components as well as all other unique items get painted or stained according to our proposal.

We Stay Until the Job’s Done

Ever hear the one about the disappearing painting crew? We have, and it’s completely unacceptable. Once we start our work on the agreed upon date, we work each consecutive day until the job is complete. If we encounter any problems or issues that weren’t outlined in the proposal, we will make sure you are informed right away and will propose possible solutions to the problem. Tips for Timing Your Interior Painting Project

  • Winter and early spring are the best times to paint. Dry air and stable indoor temperatures help paint cure evenly and prevent cracking. Painters also have more availability since exterior work slows down, making it easier to get on the schedule.
  • Fall is a strong second choice. Mild weather allows for easy ventilation, and painter availability opens up after the summer rush. Humidity can tick up with unpredictable rain, but September and early October are generally dry and reliable.
  • Summer and late spring are workable but not ideal. High demand means less availability and higher prices, and heat fluctuations can make ventilation difficult — affecting both dry time and paint quality. If summer is your only option, book well in advance and plan for extra airflow.
  • Ventilation matters regardless of season. Good airflow speeds up drying and clears out fumes. Cooler months make this easier to manage; in summer, you’ll need to be more intentional about keeping air circulating throughout the space.
